Want to know about the process of divorce.

I am not living with my husband since last six months and want to file a divorce. But i am not sure of the process. Moreover we r in different cities. My 10 yr son is living with him. As far as custody is concerned I am ok with my husband keeping the custody but want full freedom to meet my son.
I would be really grateful if someone shares the detailed process as i am totally unaware of what to do.
Yes you may proceed with one sided divorce process, on the ground of desertion as well as cruelty.
In the divorce proceedings itself we have to ask for meeting right as an interim relief. For the ground of cruelty you should have a strong evidences supported by oral evidences.

If you looking divorce then you can file application in hindu marriage act 1955 section 13 and you can demand from court to meeting with your child, court can allow, also it maybe court can ask from your child either he comfort or not
