Want to go abroad for job andparallely want to handle matrimonialcases

Dear Sir/Madam My RCR petition and my wife divorce petion running on family court, another one maintenance case against me running on magistrate court, I wish to go for abroad to make money. If I get job offer, Shall I make a move to abroad . And I want to handle all the cases. Do I have any choices?? Any relaxation??

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, it would be absolutely fine for you to go abroad, but in the event of it being a contested divorce you must be present for evidences and trial, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications
