Want to get divorced and get married to another girl what can be done

i am married person but i am love with some other girl and want to marry her but my wife is not ready to give divorce.. she filed twice against me and now parents comes and harass me to keep relation with wife and leave that girl. which is not possible.. please help me in this regards
If you are married for more than one year then only you can file for divorce though you and your wife staying under same roof and the First thing you need to do is to file divorce case in court, and when the notice will be served to your wife then during counseling your matter may get compromised and if not then to contest the matter on merit .Don't get married to any other girl till you get divorce from your first wife as that marriage will be void. So the only option you have , is to file divorce case , as after coming to court your wife may get ready to take divorce by mutual consent.

You can filed divorce case against her under ground of Cruelty that she has suspicion that her husband have affair with some girl.
