Want to file for divorce wife refused after reaching to a compromise

I want to divorce my wife .she had filed a fasle case against me I women p s.which was closed after reaching a compromise but she did not obeyed that compromise agreement know I want to know did I have yo pay her and will she get costody of children
You've to see first the contents of compromise arrived at between the parties. Is it in writing and attested and how it can be enforced if it's in your favour. Better is to see the complaint filed by her in police situation and thereafter the settlement. Payment part can be then later looked into
