Want to file for divorce sooner than later

We have been living separately for 9 years with no contact,as staying together was a mental torture. Minor daughter lives with mother. As I refused to compromise she filed 125 last year. My family says she will keep you hanging forever. In what scenario she can do this? Her lawyer is saying pay 50L and we'll file for mutual divorce.

even after your divorce with your wife your child who is below 18 years of age can file for maintenance. living separately since 9 years not ready for mutual divorce only option left for you go for contested divorce court will decide alimony
