Want to file for divorce husband is mentally and physically harassing

 I want to apply for Divorce , I did court Marriage on 24th Dec 2014, My Age is 32, I am Not At all happy with my husband as he is to much possesive, and every now and then He hits me , give me bad word abuse my family and me , it was our love marriage but after marriage he started behaving to weird with me.

Dear client u can ask divorce after completion of one year of marriage. U can file divorce on the ground of cruelty. First file comolaint with women cell of police under sec 498 a against husband for physical violence. Also file domestic violence case for mental harassment and protection order. You can apply for divorce on ground of cruelty. Your facts show cruelty but for filing divorce you need to get evidence . if you reside nearby you can ask for personal meeting as to get ideas to collect evidence and state full facts.

Madam,
Almost a year has been completed for your married life and so as per provisions of H m Act you can file petition for divorce petition and further calim maintenance in same petition on ground of cruelty. further you can also file petition under domestic volience act for protection and other reliefs .further you can also intiate action under section 498 A of IPC if you have proff of hiting and ill treatment on party of husband. If you can conveience your husband you can seek divorce by mutual consent also.
