Want to file for divorce eon the grounds of domestic violence

before my marriage to my husband both parties redy to marriage on agreeing that both are educated ,live in urban area,allow to me to do job, then marrige take place but after i find that my husband dont wnt to do me job or also not redy to take job himself, slowly they started to ask my parents property,asking mony for get home in pune if i resisted abuse me beated by husband , due to not agree for mony they haressed me to not do job,me and my husband live with her brother who also toenting and abusing and not treatig well my in laws not ttell my parents that my husband have bad habit of liquior ,they also not giviny my streedhan to me where we living but keeping at villiage home then all thing i tell to my parents they negotiate with my in laws for two time but they alwyas rejected abuse and insult my paraents now i live with my parents but not depend on them doing job for living lastt two year we live seprate they never call me now i depressed and in tension i wnt divorce

Dear client first file complaint with women cell of police against husband and his family under sec 498 a. Then file domestic violence case in court to ask yr streedhan back. Then file divorce on the ground of cruelty. For any legal help call me

Yes you can file petition for divorce on the ground of domestic violence but need some more information supported with some documentary evidence if you have. Also require information about domestic violence by your inlaws if any..

Madam do not take any kind of tension. You need not to worry for the drunken husband who never care for you and not asking about your need. You can file case of domestic violence in court of law & get maintenance from him.
