Want to end the registry marriage which never consummated

06-Feb-2026 (In Divorce Law)
I was legally married to someone in 2024 in a very private ceremony.his mom forbade my parent to tell anyone about this.i stay at my parents place, never shifted to his home.whenever I go to his place occasionally his mom sleeps in the same room and he's ok with that. We both have adjustment issues.i realised I can't stay at his place,so I don't want any social marriage further. As we have not stayed ever, will it be divorce or annulment possible?

Hlw, I am Advocate Hritam Banerjee, I saw your question. As per your situation, you can go for nullity. Hire an advocate to proceed for the same. But there are various ways which you can explore. Thus it is recommended to consult an advocate .
