Want to apply for divorce how to proceed

I got married at my 17years. I have 7 yr kid now. I dont want to continue this marg life anymore. Do i want to apply divorce? And 1 more problem is.. In all my id proofs husband's name is mentioned. So what shall i do now?

You cna apply for divorce. Further you can also change your recognition from W/o to D/o any time.
Please give notice to your husband calling upon him to give a divorce under mutual consent. If he agree, it will be more easy for you. Other wise you need to file a case under cruelty or other grounds. It takes time.
