You must have held the original divorce agreement as per mutual understanding between you and your ex spouse. You need to file a court case by presenting the divorce agreement as per the applicable personal law and seek the divorce decree based on that. your ex spouse may be called for verification at court and looking at the fact that your mutual divorce took place in past , You shouldn't shy away from requisite court procedures. for more details, feel free to connect. You will have to follow the process and apply for a decree from the concerned court. No other alternative to the process. Open to further queries, if any. Regards, Adv. M. K. Vohra, M. K. Vohra & Associates, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
