Want divorce, husband not agreeing

"मेरी शादी 5 December 2025 को हुई थी। मैं अभी अपने मायके में अलग रह रही हूँ। मेरे पति तलाक के लिए नहीं मान रहे हैं। मुझे घर में डर लगता है और परिवार भी सपोर्ट नहीं कर रहा है। मैं एकतरफा तलाक लेना चाहती हूँ। कृपया बताएं कि मैं बिना कोर्ट जाए कैसे प्रक्रिया शुरू कर सकती हूँ और क्या करना होगा?"

आप बिना कोर्ट जाए तलाक नहीं ले सकती हैं। भारत में तलाक केवल कोर्ट के माध्यम से ही मान्य होता है।
