In a mutual consentdivorce petition both parties have to agree on terms. It simply can't be filed if the other person is disputing. In such a situation you may have to file unilateral petition which can later be converted to mutual one. To claim the gifts and property involved there are remedies available under law. Pls take an appointment with me to advice you properly on the subject of the query.

you have no option but to adopt various legal proceedings including Family Court and Criminal Court proceedings for your rights and your stridhan

your husband as well as in-laws can not refuse to handover your stridhan to you

please take legal help and advise.

hope this helps !
