Want divorce from second wife who i married after death of first wife

Married lady in year 2004. after death of first wife in the year 2003. Have 1 son and 2 daughters(married) from 1st wife. One son from 2nd wife(Minor). One step son from my 2nd wifes earlier marriage.(Major)
She has made my life hell and i dont want to live with her anymore. I want live with my son from 1st wife and his family. I want to all the property rights to children from.1st wife. What is the procedure to seek for divorce what is amount of alimony that i need to provide her as per law and in case she rejects for mutual divorce what is procedure to seek divorce and how much time does it takes ?
call me sir. I will clarify all of your doubts. if she refuses for mutual divorce, you can file petition for dissolution of marriage on the ground of cruelty. it will takes about 2 to 3 years for the disposal .
