Want divorce after 10 month of marriage, is there any way to do so

11-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I'm a Christian woman, I don't feel compatible with my husband after 10months of marriage, and want I divorce. However he is not consenting to it, and I don't know how to proceed. We don't have kids, and is now living together. I have read that for mutual consent divorce, 2 years of separation is needed, is it necessary. What are the procedures for get a divorce? Can I file a divorce as soon as it one year? Is it necessary to stay together till then?

Christians file for divorce under Section 10 A (1) of the Divorce Act, which lays down that a petition for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent can be presented before a court only after a judicial separation of two years.
Many high courts have struck down this provision
However, the provision for divorce by mutual consent in other statutes such as Section 28 of The Special Marriage Act, 1954, Section 13-B of The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, and Section 32 B of The Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936, prescribe the statutory period of separation as one year.
