Want court order for matrimonial residential

Mutually divorce already in court from 1 year now I dnt want order from court of matrimonial residential how can I file

As you said your divorce petition has already pending in court. If its pending for then you should mention about your residential order in that itself. Now have to file an application under the domestic violence to seek residential orders
