violation of mediation settlement agreement during Divorce case

Hi Team, If there is a violation of mediation settlement agreement by one of the party by taking full advantage of the agreement by closing all the cases as per agreement and later rescinded the agreement to the disadvantage of the other party and thereby caused to the other party wrongful loss and as such as per section 64 and 65 of India contract act, 1872. So is there any citations to restore the original position as it stood before the agreement.

Dear Sir, It is not known whether such agreement was out of marriage or any other civil contract. There are provisions like Section 64 and 65 of Indian Contract Act but to get compensation for breach of mediation settlement is a long way to succeed depending upon various circumstances.
