Validity of Russian divorce certificate on marriage regtd in India

17-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hello, i was married with a Russian Citizen as per hindu marriage act and marriage was registered at SDM Office India, on basis of this my wife got OCI, later on she got a stamp of marriage status on her passport with same marriage certificate. 2 years back we decided for divorce we applied for mutual consent in India and she asked me to do signature in embassy so that she can get divorce in Russia as well. After 6 month i asked her for final signature in Indian court, but she refused coz she got her divorce in Russia. My 18 months for Indian mutual consent are over. i get to know through some sources that she registered Divorce in local civil registry offices known as ZAGS in Russia. In Russia there are 2 types of divorces: one which is done by ZAGS if there is no child or common asset. 2nd via court if there are minor from marriage. I get to know only I can receive this certificate from ZAGS. So my question is that: Is this certificate valid in India??
