Validity of remarriage done after 3 months obtaining divorce decree

Can Supreme Court intervene in the marriage which was held after 3 months of obtaining contested divorce decree? Should we need to share entire details about the new spouse and her family in the Supreme Court ? First x spouse filled appeal in the SC to reverse the divorce decree even she know that fact that her x husband already got remarried. She wants to create trouble in his family by dragging her new wife and her family in the court ?

Hi. In these kind of cases settlement is the best option. However, it is pretty difficult that any court will reverse the divorce decree. The appeal time is over after 3months and the husband has remarried after waiting for the limitation period. Please connect for further discussion

You have to file a detailed reply before the supreme court and the rest is up to the court, how the court is deciding this matter because this matter is before the apex court. For the rest of the information you have to provide complete information and facts of your case.
