If you have got exparte divorce in 2020 then you can easily vacate your wife from the quarter by giving her atleast 15 days notice from your side and you can send notice through your office head also. For more details free to call.

If she is not listening to you then you can send her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that you need to vacate the premises within 15 days of the delivery of the said notice or face legal action. And if want to get the help of the police then you can also forward the divorce decree to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes, after getting a decree of divorce if your wife has not been granted a right in residence, her occupation shall be considered as unauthorised. You can get government accomodation vacated from ex-wife after giving her a notice. the concerned department head can issue her a 15 days notice.
