Under which sections he punished if proceed legally

I had married 5 months ago, I have two months of pregnant ,my husband saw my past relationship photos that photos are before marriage pics and he forcefully terminated the pregnancy and asking extra land to accept. after terminating pregnancy he refused me and asking divorce .I want to stay with him and I have recordings of that conditions he ask us those conditions. can i proceed legally to get my husband back.

you are deserved for justice. 1) your husband committed murder/ caused the death of unborn child for which he is liable for severe punishment. 2) demanding land is also amounts to cruelty and harrasments for additional dowry. you can approach the police station where you residing and lodge a complaint with necessary proofs.
