Unable to meet my son properly and not having proper access to meet

Hi, me and my wife is in a process of separation, my wife took my son(age- 6 year) to her mothers place without informing me, before that she was in uk for 6 month and I was in India with my son from feb 2024 - July 2024,I was the one who was looking after him, taking care, from dropping him to school and picking up, etc ,now she took him to her mothers place and denying to bring him back,he is missing his school as well,moreover not allowing me to meet him properly, now she wasn’t sole custody
File an application for child custody before the Family Court and address the court regarding the child missing his education and the role of a father you played when he was in your observation. The Court after analysing the complete situation shall pass appropriate order.
