Hello...i am from a muslim my engagement happend in jan 2015 and my court marraige on 16 april 2017 social marraige was to be happend in Dec 2017. He is serving as an ATO in Finance department West Bengal Government in jalpaigudi district. 2 months before i came to know he has one more wife who is currently with him. With that girl he has done nikaah on 14 april 2017 just 2 days before our court marraige. My question is whose marraige is valid mine or that girl, where i have to file a complain against him and wat will be the affect on his service
