Transferring case charges how much I have to pay and charges of lawyer

My husband recently filed a divorce case against me from his state Punjab and I got summon, we are living separately from last 5 years and we are from different states he is from Punjab and I am from Himachal Pradesh , I have 9 years old daughter and she is living with me . I also want divorce but he doesn’t want to pay anything to us so what should I do in this case

You can get the case transferred to Himachal Pradesh by filing a petition for transfer of Case in the Supreme Court of India for transfer of case and meanwhile you can also file an application for interim maintenance both for you and your daughter
