My husband recently filed a divorce case against me from his state Punjab and I got summon, we are living separately from last 5 years and we are from different states he is from Punjab and I am from Himachal Pradesh , I have 9 years old daughter and she is living with me . I also want divorce but he doesn’t want to pay anything to us so what should I do in this case
