Transfer petition intimation to petitioner

In my divorce petition I'm the petitioner and wife is the respondent. She has filed for transfer petition at her native. After transfer of the case to native of wife , how intimation will be done to me when case has started.

Before transferring the matter to your wife's native you will be heard by the court. Only after giving a hearing to you that the matter shall be transferred. Also once transferred, the respective Court shall issue a notice to you about the initial hearing.
