Transfer petition from husband home town and i am Hinduto my home town

Sir i was married on 19-11-2023 . After days from the marriage my husband and my in-laws are demanding for money and beating me and he has many psychological issues and he is also using medicines. I don't know this before marriage. One day he broke my leg. After that i filed for maintaince, DVC and 498A cases in my parents home town. Now he filed false divorces case on me against cruelty in his home town . can I transferred that divorces case to my home town. How much does it cost.
hi yes you could file for transfer petition in high court asking it to transfer the case from his place to your place by filing petition in court and could obtain relief and also vould ask for stay of proceedings in his case
