Transfer of nominee in family pension account

My husband is a retiree from a public sector bank.I suspect that he is in a relationship with another woman.If he happens to marry her ,is it possible to remove my name as a nominee from his family pension account? Can she claim property later ,according to Hindu marriage act , marriage can happen how many times?

No ma'am your name will be enlisted as the nominee only ma'am unless he gives you divorce and remarry another lady. If he married another lady during your existence as his wife then he will be punishable by law for committee bigamy as Hindus are not allowed to have a second wife during the lifetime of the first wife.
