Whom should I approach for transfer.. Can v apply to supreme court without lawyer help

Dear Sir, Transfer of a civil case or family case can be happened if you approach to the High Court in case transfer is from one district to another in the same State. If transfer is from one state to another state you have to approach Supreme Court. There is a online procedure to file such petitions on the Supreme Court website. You may try for it or otherwise you may hire a Supreme Court Advocate practicing in New Delhi.
