Transfer of 498A cases from one state to another state

My wife has filed 498A FIR from Palanpur Gujarat. FIR was filed in 2022. The police have filed the charge sheet. My wife has just got married for the second time. She currently lives in Mumbai with her new husband. I also live in Mumbai. So can I get 498A trail transferred from Gujarat to Mumbai? if yes then whats proof are required.
498a can be quashed from the High Court of Law if the case has not been registered into the relevant provision and judgement and ruling of Supreme Court also if she has married second time you can file a police complaint application of bygamy into the concerned nearest police station of your jurisdiction and your wife's current jurisdiction the case cannot be transferred as 498a is a criminal offence you have to file an application into the same court where the matter is currently going on
