To clear my doubt whether my boyfriend raped me or not

I was in relationship in 2016....that time I was 16 years old ....my boyfriend did some physical activities like touching and kissing my private parts ,pushesd finger in my ptivate parts without my consent ....after next day of doing this things he broke up with me and when I told him that I will tell everything to family and complaint against you then he said "I will marry you" but now he is refusing to marry me and forcing me to marry her brother and he also saying "do whatever you want I will protect myself by doing your virginity test .. ...I read somewhere that the things he did with me can be called as rape and I was also 16 years old at that time ..Can I file legal complaint against him....please clear my doubt whether he raped me or not ....

Yes…the situation you told me comes under the definition of rape under section 375(d) of IPC. And if you were 16 years old then he can also be tried under the POCSO Act. And you can always file a complaint case against the culprit for registration of FIR. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes it will amount to rape on false pretext of marriage. Your boyfriend without obtaining your consent inappropriately touched you and have been developing physical relationship. For that reasons you are required to file criminal complaint with CAW cell against your boyfriend and make him suffer for the consequences of making false promise of marriage.
