Timetaken for Mutual Divorcee decree after 2nd motion ?

06-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, Final judgement for Mutual Divorce was passed by the Judge on 5th october and i am now waiting for divorce decree and order copy. My lawyer had applied for the copy on the same day in Mumbai court. However, i have still not received the same and my lawyer is stating that it takes minimum 3-4 months for the decree to be issued by Mumbai Family court due to work load. My questions are: 1. Does it take 3-4 months for the decree to be issued by Mumbai Family Court? 2. Is there anyway i can fastrack the same?

It might take some time in obtaining the final decree if the judge is taking some time in preparing the final order and putting his stamp and signature on it. However it should not take 3-4 months.
And even if suppose that is the case and you need the final decree urgently for some other purpose then you should file an application requesting the court to give the decree urgently for that purpose.
