Time period taken to receive the summons by respondent from high court

23-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
How long would it take for my husband to receive the summons from high court of Karnataka after filing appeal case by my side against him for having ex parte divorce. It has been 5 days of filing at HCK. It has been 80 days already after having ex parte divorce. If receving summons become even more late means then what can i do? Our lawyer took 27days for getting certified copies for me from district court. There was summer vacation also during the same time. Can't I contest then?My lawyer told days counting stops as soon we applied for certified copies and after receiving them days re-counting starts. All these extra time gets counted or not? If my husband argues that he is married secondly. Will it be void marriage?
