talk regarding custody, father has taken forceful possession

i want to know i am living in the same matrimonial house but my husband is not allowing me to meet my daughter he has admitted her to full time boarding school. what should i do

Dear Client In case of custody issues, an application for custody will have to made before a family court. Will have to move an application under the guards and wards act. An NCR can also be lodged in case you do not have an idea about the whereabouts of your child. Feel free to get in touch in case of further discussion.
