Suspecting my wife has recorded conversations from beginning of our ma

I have filled divorce petition against her after which she filed DV against me in which she mentioned about our sex life. Now I am doubting that she has recorded all the privacy and trusted conversations between us. Will those recordings stands? If she has those kind of recordings can I file criminal case against her breaching trust and privacy

Dear Sir, Since because your wife filed DV case after you had filed divorce petition. It is nothing but after part. Such recordings may not be accepted by the court since it has violated privacy of yourself. You may approach High Court for staying and quashing of DV proceedings against you. Thus you may get divorce if you properly conduct your case.
