Suspecting my wife has recorded conversation from day one of marriage

My wife filed DV against me and my family members. During filing she submitted my salary slip which she took without my consent in the very next month of our marriage. Now I am suspecting that she might have recorded all our private conversations or acts(apart from whatsapp)and also recorded conversations happened with my parents when she was spending time with family members.

Dear Sir, You are advise to file Restitution of Conjugal Rights case if she left your house. Otherwise approach High Court and get a stay on such Domestic Violence case and request the Court to remove the names of your family members. If you are wife is unemployed and housewife then she is entitled for some monthly maintenance. Always say that you are burdened with maintaining your parents and paying rent etc.
