Summons to appear in person O.5 R.3

03-Apr-2025 (In Divorce Law)
I have not been attending the court as mediation failed and my spouse have applied for Interim relief, no proceedings have started so far, however, I see the online status as "NOTICE" stage and Process Title as summons to Appear in person, (O.5, R.3) what should I do? as I do not reside in that address anymore and I moved out to another city, I may not even receive the summons, what is the impact, please let me know

Even though it is convenient to have online case information, it may not always reflect the actual stage of the case. If you are required to appear before the Court you can appear either in person or through your lawyer. If you fail to appear then the matter will be decided in your absence.
