But no decision is given if ex parte order is granted for further proceeding or not. Will it be generally ordered in the next hearing date ? Means
Date 1 - approval for publication
Date 2 - publication cut-out submission
Date 3 - order announced if satisfactory

Well, if the Ex Partee Order has gone in your favor, then, you have won the case in lower Court, in which, it got passed. In such a case, your Opposite Party needs to challenge such Ex Partee Order passed in your favor.
