Can I marry my dad's 2nd Cousin Brothers Daughter in India (Banglore) under Special Marriage Act? And the act doesn't Prohibited this relation We are third Cousins and we love each other
Dear Sir,
If there is no objection from the families of either side then you can go ahead if your conscience permits. In such cases the complaint is to be lodged by the blood relative of one of the concerned party. If there is no such anticipation you can go ahead and marry. Subject to scientifical side efforts if any.
