Someone cheated me and make me pregnant providing marriage promise

He is having wife and children,he sexually used me by giving false marriage promise now he is telling he can't marry me .what can I do for this situation

you can file a criminal case against that person for committing consented rape upon promise to marry. such false promise shall definitely attract offence and you can file complaint against accused. but you should have to cogent evidence regarding the rape
