Sister harassed by her in laws

My own sister got married one year back. She is been harassed by her mother-in-law and sister-in-law all the time. They are sending her to our parent's house complaining that she is not working properly and my parents should go and convince them and send her again. This happened many times. They are treating my sister like a servant. No support from her husband too. Her health was completely spoiled. She is staying with my parents right now. My parents are not willing to send her again and stay with them together. Her husband takes care of her but no support when they quarrel.Please advice.
First file a domestic violence complaint in police station or court. If the attitude of your sister's in laws don't change after filing of domestic violence better go for divorce as there is no point in your sister leading a marital life with ANIMALS(including your brother in law) who is not supporting the woman who left the comforts of her parental home, relations, friends etc to join her husband.
