Sir I am army personnel and my wife filled Dv case against me and asking for maintenance.then she filled complaint against me in army for maintainance and again she filled crpc sec 125 against me.now the civil court grant maintainance partialy to her and I want to stop maintenance case in army

She has the legal right to file a petition under the Domestic Violence Act and Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC). However, she cannot receive double maintenance for the same purpose from both proceedings. If cases are filed in both forums, the court will ensure that the relief is properly balanced and adjusted to avoid duplication. You can also inform your Commanding Officer (CO) about the maintenance order passed by the civil court.
