single applicant divorce application by NRI

My daughter married in February 2020 per special marriage act in Ahmedabad.she is a permanent resident of Australia. separated from her husband in April 2022 nnow 13 months. Reasons are over dominant nature, abusive style , noncompatability etcnno intension of solving issues and not agreeing for mutual consent marriage has broken down irretrievably.What steps to take ?
