Should my sister go to court on case date

The below is the status of y sister's divorce case. kindly tell us whether she should go to the court on the mentioned date or not. she need divorce from her husband. its a mutual divorce case. Business : Petitioner present. examined as pw1. Affidavit of the petitioner is treated as examination in chief of pw1 and the same is recorded Ex.P1 to p5 marked . For perusal and order. Call on 20.04.2017 Next Purpose : ORDERS / JUDGMENT Next Hearing Date : 20-04-2017

Not necessary. If your sister is apearing as the party in person , after passing the order she has to go to the court to collect the order. You could ask your advocate to inform after the order is ready so that you could go and get the copy quickly.

Your sister need not go to the Court on 20.4.2017. The Orders/Judgment will be passed late in the evening, so your Advocate can go in the evening and check the Orders. Since this is a mutual divorce case, the divorce is given with mutual consent of each other ie the husband and the wife.. since the examination of both is over followed by pronouncement of judgement your sister's presence is not essentially needed.
