Hi
The unborn child will get all the rights as that of a born child . But nevertheless You need to discuss all the pros and cons for the child and you after the divorce. The future of the said unborn child must also be regarded.

Dear client,
Sorry to say that you are weighing profit and loss in married life but Still that's your personal choice.
Legaly if a child is born out of wedlock after filling a divorce still then the chances of getting divorce depends upon the grounds of seeking divorce.
Birth of child out of wedlock does not have any profit or loss view

Good Question. In first time I faces such type of person who clearly asked for Profit and Loss. I honestly appreciate it.
In each and every Matrimonial dispute, the women side gets a lump sum amounts from the husband side and really it became a right of women. I also see that, a women who have enough source of earning of her family, but for teach a lesion to her husband demand or claim a lump sum amount for withdraw the Cases and for Divorce.
Look at the time of Divorce if you became a mother, then you can asked for amount for yourself along with said minor. It is double benifit. And on the other hand, if you have no child at all, then you asked for single amount only for yourself. Choice is your.
