she refuses to join me and also refusing to give divorce

its been 10months of our marriage,my wife she works in singapore and i work in hyderabad..after our marriage she went to work to singapore and now when i asked her to leave the work and come back to hyderabad and work here, she n her parents refuses about it. she is telling that she will not return to india then in such case, i asked her for divorce she n her parents refuses for divorce also and claiming all marriage expenses from us, its been 4 months now the issue has not come to any point, please help me what i have to do now at this situation.
first you should issue notice to her for Restitution of Conjugal RIghts. then after 30 days, you should file the petition in court for RCR. If she does not appear in the court or if she does not want to live with you, the courts will automatically grant divorce.
