then you can file RCR petition better first then court will decide the matter better they will send notice to her perform restitution of conjugal rights petition for your protection purpose later we can file applications and after one week we can file applications

if you don't want to give divorce means you can contest the case and file for restitution for conjugal rights and you will be having mediation in the above said case where you can convince your wife to withdraw divorce
