She is filing for maintenance case after our divorce when i have alrea

We got married under Muslim Shariat Law. A legal case was file by her with False allegations in order to take my family's property. In outside court settlement before the submission of police report, i paid the meher amount of 4 lakh, 4 lakh more for maintenance, iddat & life long maintenance, all gifted items were returned,Talaqnama was signed by us both stating all these under muslim shariat law. Everything settled and separated. She is trying to file a case of maintenance now. Is this legal?

If your matter is settled and both of you are now separated then her case can be disposed of easily. It's just a matter of arguments in the court and if the matter is settled outside court and you both have also divorced then there is no point of filing maintenance. You can always show the settlement deed in the court to avoid giving any maintenance.

If you have executed the settlement deed for full n final payments n if this clause is mentioned in your settlement deed then she is not entitled for any such maintenance etc. You need to hire expert advocate in this matter Plz b in touch

Greetings After settlement of the dispute, she cannot file for maintenance which she had already accepted first as meher and then maintenance. You can challenge her demand in the court of law by stating that she is noy entitled post separation.
