Share of wife and daughter in husband's property

My father runs an established business and has some properties also, i live in canada and iam married with a boy, my father dont want to live with my mother, they live in india and i live in canada, my question is that if my mother file a divorce what she can get after separation because we are sure that my father is having an affair so we have insecurity of our property, just want to know will i get something? And how much my mother will get? Thanks
If your father and mother files a mutual divorce petition then in that case whatever it is been agreed between them lum sum alimony/ maintenance will be paid by your father. Otherwise if your mother files a divorce case and if it been contested and opposed by your father then along with the u have to file a complaint for maintanece . As far as property is concerned if your mother can claim property and u can also claim your share of property if not ancestral property.
