A freind of mine received exparte divorce decree in may.He did dasti summon on her and she refused to accept the summons of divorce. The court granted exparte divorce.
Now his wife is saying to him that she did not refuse or receive any summon from court and she is alleging that my freind has done fraud.How can she prove that she did not receive summon. Also my freind has screenshot of her ex wife's Shaadi.com profile which mentions her martial status as Divorced.Can this profile be used as pr
