Settlement in mediation under crpc 125

Sir, Ma'am, My wife filed crpc 125 for maintenance. Family court judge sent matter to mediation to another court. Wife and husband agreed to live together in a agreement in mediation court. But Case disposed as not contested and without any mentioning of the agreement. Wife did breach as not living together. Since case doesn't mention agreement, can not file contempt.

U can file an application for setting aside ex party order /decree if the matter is closed .Then we can file the relevant applications and again continue the suit and file application for mediation for bringing everything on record .Plz contact for further help.
